IX - Humanizar

HUMANIZAR é o nome que usamos para o Departamento de Recursos Humanos.
Temos que deixar mais sólidas as relações humanas dentro das relacões corporativas.

Chato.

Chato ter que  fazer entender o que nem sempre foi feito para ser entendido.
Tentar explicar para as pessoas qual minha real intensão, em que consiste o Projeto  que estou proposto realizar e sozinho não se realiza nada.

Conversei com uma amiga da minha prima que trabalha numa faculdade renomada e que nem sabia direito explicar o que fazia lá dentro, repito , perguntei a função e ela não soube responder! e quando falei do blog ela perguntou sobre como estava meu "português" e de repente eu estava ali diante da própria alienação com uma faixa de "miss inteligência" sem saber diferenciar gerúndio de gerundismo!

Aí tive que ficar explicando, explicando e....Fiquei feliz.
Porque naquele momento eu comecei ver diante de mim, mais uma pessoa que não rema contra a maré.
Mais uma pessoa que não acredita que quero atrelar nosso segmento ao mundo acadêmico por que quero oferecer o mínimo de conhecimento para aqueles que quase não sabem ler e não têm obrigação de saber a diferença entre gerúndio e gerundismo, mas podem saber sim, porque ELA, a "miss inteligência" não sabia. Não sabe nem do que trabalha! Só sabe dizer onde.

Aliás "a miss inteligência" não sabe é nada. Tem medo. Não lê.
Ou lê, né...A Cabana...

Não sabia o que era twitter, e que certas pessoas não se submetem a isto....blablabla.

HUMANIZAR é acreditar de forma racional, tranquilos de que quanto mais racionais somos, mais sobe nossa pressão arterial e aumentam nossas batidas cardíacas. Tudo está ligado.

Querer separar, é tudo o que está levando o mundo água abaixo, aliás enquanto tivermos água, porque se não fizermos algo, começando por nós mesmos, será  BARRANCO abaixo.

Não acreditar é mais que o fim. É a continuidade de um desespero interno que uma hora ou outra, arrebenta.

Chato.

Não ter história para contar.
Eu tenho e acredito.
E nosso segmento de Comunicação Visual tem muita história para contar, as empresas, todas, todas têm.

Remar contra a maré é deixar que estas histórias de vida deixem de ser somente interessantes, mas que tenham um final feliz.

Começo - Meio - Fim

Muitas vezes para que um final seja feliz, devemos olhar esta sequência e embaralhá-la uma pouco.
Se não perguntarmos para nós mesmos - Onde foi que eu errei? Continuaremos no erro, sempre.

Sempre seremos beneficiados pelo nepotismo e nunca saberemos a diferença entre gerundio e gerundismo, porque nunca soubemos o verdadeiro sentido de felicidade que não se resume em saber o que citei acima, mas em simplesmente acreditar.

Daí então "estaremos escrevendo" ou "estaremos falando", o que quer que seja, sem medo de sermos julgados. Confiaremos naquilo que brota dentro de nós mesmos.
Então, não julgaremos.

Emitiremos opiniões. Só.

TO HUMANIZE

HUMANIZE is the name we use for the Human Resources Department.

We have to make stronger, to make more solid the human relations within the corporate relationships.

Boring.

It is boring making people understand what wasn’t ever made to be understood.

Trying to explain people what I mean, on what consists the Project I intend to carry out, but alone, nothing comes true.

I talked to one of my cousin’s friend, who works at a prominent university, and who didn’t even know how to properly explain what she really did at that university, I repeat, I asked her what was her position there and she didn’t have an answer to give me! And when I talked about my blog, she asked me how was the level of my “portuguese” and I was suddenly there, in front of the alienation ITSELF with a band of “miss intelligence” on her forehead, but not able to even make a difference between gerund and gerundism!

And then I had to remain there explaining, and explaining and....I was happy.

Because at that very moment I started to look right in front of me one more person who does not scull against the tide.

One more person who does not believe that I want to link our segment to the academic world because I want to offer the minimum of knowledge to those who almost don’t know how to read and they have no obligation of knowing the difference existing between gerund and gerundism, but they can know it, Yes they can, because SHE, “miss intelligence” didn’t know it. And she doesn’t even know on what she works. She just knows where her job is.

By the way, “miss intelligence” knows nothing. She is afraid. She does not read.

Or maybe she does...isn’t it???.........The Hut ...

She didn’t know what twitter is, and that certain people do not submit themselves to that...bla-bla-bla-bla....

Poor...”little poor” of me!

HUMANIZING means believing within a rational way, aware that the more rational we are, the more our blood pressure goes up and our heart beatings increase. Everything is linked together.

Aiming to separate that, is everything that is leading the world like the water down the river, by the way, as long as we have a river, becasuse if we don’t do anything right now, starting from ourselves, it will be no doubt DOWNHILL.

Not believing in this means more than the end. It will be the continuity of an inner dispair that at any time will break all down.

Boring.

Not having a story to tell.

I have... and I believe.

And our Visual Communication segment has a lot of stories to tell, the companies, all of them...all of them have one.

Sculling against the tide means the same as leaving these life stories looking just interesting ones, but that they might have a happy end.

A Beginning – A Middle – And an End.

Many times aiming an End could be a happy one, we should look at this sequence and

shuffle it a little.

If we do not ask ourselves –  “Where have I failled”? – We will remain on our faults...forever.

We will always be benefitted by nepotism and we will never know the difference existing between gerund and gerundism, because we have never known the real meaning of happiness, which is not just being aware of what I wrote right above, but it stands on the fact of believing, indeed.

Then, “we will be writing” or “we will be talking”, whatever the issue can be, not afraid of being judged. We will trust on what comes out from ourselves.

So, we will not judge.

We will just say our opinions. Only.
